Melissa is the Chief Executive Officer, and one of the founders of Veridical RCM, LLC. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, she served 8 years in the United States Navy before completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Rosemont College in Rosemont, PA and Masters of Business Administration through the University of Phoenix.

Melissa is a Certified Coder, Compliance Officer and Auditor through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) – but she is never boring. Passionate about the revenue cycle, she will ask endless questions to understand the needs of your organization to help find all solutions possible to strengthen the infrastructure supporting billing and collections functions.

Melissa is available to her co-workers and clients except on any given Sunday (or Monday evening) during football season (Fly Eagles Fly!).

Cleo Taylor

Accounts Receivables Team Leader

Cleo Taylor is the Accounts Receivables Team Leader at Veridical RCM LLC, where she leads, coordinates and trains staff to review accounts for payments, denials and appeals. Cleo also identifies payer issues and leads special projects to optimize reimbursement.

Cleo attended Ultimate Medical Academy in Tampa, FL and Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, CO. She holds the credentials of Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist and Certified Revenue Cycle Professional with American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and currently studying for a certification as a Certified Practice Professional Management (CPPM) with American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).

Cleo has over 20 years of experience in the medical revenue cycle, front desk, verification and patient finance department. She loves to travel, dolphin watch and is a true foodie! She visits restaurants in different states to sample a variety of cuisine.
